About the Role

We have a vacancy for a motivated team player to join our company as a clinic administrator based in the prosthetics department at the mobility centre in Nottingham’s City Hospital.

The successful candidate will work with the Steeper prosthetic clinical team, the stores administrator and workshop supervisor as well as the wider NHS team.

You will need excellent customer service skills, be familiar with PC based office IT and have ideally have experience in invoicing and reporting, though full training will be given.
 

Your Duties and Responsibilities:

In this role you will:

  • Learn how to use our ERP system, X3.
  • Raise invoices for completed jobs.
  • Use the Meditech clinical system to assist the clinical team with daily tasks including contacting patients and making appointments.
  • Lead on tracking high value items supplied through the veteran’s program, MPK or Multi Grip hand commissioning pathways.
  • Run and check monthly reports on patient activity and DNA levels.
  • Handle patient requests for postal supplies.
  • Assist w/shop Manager with some stores admin duties when the stores administrator is away, which will include raising purchase orders, receipting goods in and booking out stock.

  • Previous experience invoicing and reporting desirable but not essential
