Every Streifeneder lock system unlocks under tensile load, which enables the patient to easily unlock the prosthesis even under tension, e.g. in a sitting position. A lockable mechanism is offered as an accessory for the clutch locks, which makes it easier for geriatric patients, in particular, to take off the prosthesis.
